Loosen the bolt using a wrench, then use an Allen key to remove the alignment pin.

Insert the key into the lock, turn to unlock, and then pull to remove the central pin.

Attach the EasyBlock to the left side of the rear axle, ensuring it is seated properly.

Install the washer we removed earlier and thread the wheel nut onto the axle.

Tighten the axle nut to the manufacturer's specified torque using a torque wrench.

Reinstall the security cap by tightening it through the grease nipple hole using the long Allen key.

Use a wrench to carefully remove the grease nipple from its lock body.

Insert the EasyBlock pin while turning the key to lock it into position, ensuring it does not rotate.

Align the EasyBlock pin with the alignment bolt hole before fully tightening the alignment bolt. You should be able to tighten the bolt all the way and the EasyBlock pin should not rotate.

Reinstall the grease nipple into the correct hole, making sure it is secure.

Insert a long M3 Allen key through the now-exposed grease nipple hole to loosen the internal security cap bolt.

After loosening, manually remove the security cap from the axle.

Use a socket wrench to loosen and remove the axle nut completely.

Slide the wheel axle out from the motorcycle frame and wheel assembly.

Insert the wheel axle from the opposite side to align it for the EasyBlock installation.

Remove the washer and chain adjuster block. Keep the washer handy for reassembly.
